Christ Church Beckenham has a wonderful history of working with young people. Hundreds of teenagers and young adults passed through Caleb Club in previous decades and found Christ Church Beckenham to be a place of making lifelong friends, as well as, for many, being a place of making a lifelong commitment to Christ. As a youth work team we are greatly honoured to stand ‘on the shoulders of giants’ as we seek to faithfully serve the young people of this generation.

Our programme consists of two weekly sessions – one is for Pathfinders (our 11s to 14s) and one is for The Junction (15s and upwards). See below for more information.

Pathfinders

Sunday Mornings: 11:00am

Location: Church Hall Lounge

A great opportunity for young people in school years 7 to 9 (or equivalent) to meet together, play some games and explore the Christian faith.

The Junction

Sundays Evening: 6pm

Location: The Lounge

This is an informal opportunity for people in school years 9 and above to catch up, share how their week has been, reflect on a short passage from the Bible and pray together. We are aware that life is sometimes intense so The Junction provides an opportunity for some lighthearted fun as well as Christ-focused encouragement.
