The Sunday Conversation

THE SUNDAY CONVERSATION POSTPONED:

It is with real disappointment and regret that we must write and tell you that we have had to postpone tomorrow’s Sunday Conversation with Graham Kendrick. We have spoken with Graham and he is looking forward to rescheduling his visit and we hope you will come and join us then.

At 6:30pm tomorrow evening the church will be open for a service of led prayers and reflections on Psalm 27, when we will lift the current crisis to the Lord.

In the meantime, please continue to pray for those who are suffering with this virus and those who are scared, vulnerable and becoming socially isolated. We are exploring ways that the church community might be of best help in these difficult times.

Please check the church website www.ccb.org.uk for up to date information and please tell those who do not have access to emails of the change.

You might also find these prayers helpful as we continue to cope at this time.

Blessings,

Rev. Rob Hinton

Every life is an important story; we want to share some of those stories with you.

Graham has been at the forefront of Christian music in the UK for more than 40 years. His songs include Shine Jesus Shine, Knowing You, The Servant King, God of the Poor and Amazing Love. Graham continues to travel internationally participating in tours, festivals, conferences and training events, as a worship leader, speaker and performer.

He is an active advocate for the charity Compassion International, encouraging audiences worldwide to understand worship as a way of life, and true intimacy with God as sharing in the concerns of his heart and participating in his mission to the world.

Graham was one of the founders and the songwriter behind the global phenomenon March for Jesus, which has mobilised millions of Christians to ‘take the walls off the church’ and bring praise, prayer and acts of goodwill and reconciliation on to the streets.

The evening begins with refreshments at 6.30pm and the conversation starts at 7.00 and will finish by 8.30. The seating is theatre style and the atmosphere is informal.

No need to book just… Come as you are!
